In 2013 we had the great pleasure of working with a Guernsey Interior design company on this contemporary high-end house built on Guernsey. For this project we had to produce a range of different furniture pieces, the study had floor to ceiling storage units finished in oak veneer with wall paneling. A sleek matching desk and pedestal help compliment the minimal style of the room.

A complete bespoke interior

We also produced all the bathroom vanity units for the three bathrooms, the bedroom dressing table and wall paneling plus bedside cabinets. The bedrooms were joined by a 30ft long walk in wardrobe with full height storage units. Some of the internal doors and all the skirting were also produced and finished by us. Finally we were also commissioned by the client to make and design a table for the entrance hall made in a traditional style with veneer inlay, as they had unsuccessfully tried to find a similar antique piece.

This was the second shop fit-out we had produced for these clients. The design needed to be highly practical, hard wearing with large amounts of storage and areas to display products, at the same time it also required a style that created a warm friendly and inviting environment for their customers. The units are made from oak veneered board, with solid bullnose lippings, black Corrian worktops, laminated facias and a couple of light boxes for shop logo.

The client had very specific requirements for the bank reception area including special bomb resistant glass for the main entrance doorway, high security veneered panel doors to match the hidden storage wall units behind the reception desk. The reception desk had to look like one long section and could only be supported on two feet, this required substantial internal frames to ensure the desk would not sag and show any jointing lines. The desk, storage wall and doors are all finished in walnut veneer with 25% matt gloss lacquered finish.
